Eco Food Packaging: OK Compost Home
For the food industry we produce recycled polyethylene coated papers, biodegradable and compostable which serve to keep the cold and hot foods until their consumption. Each coated paper has its own properties, such as resistance to grease, moisture and steam, which are different depending on the type of the film combined to the card material (polyethylene, paraffin, etc). With the objective of increasing the degree of food packaging's sustainability in the production of specific polyethylene coated papers, we use films made with eco-friendly fibers realized by eco-friendly certified companies. These include the TOPCHIM NV certified AIB VINCOTTE International, which provides us with coatings based on water and bio-wax which is a good alternative to traditional paraffin films and fluorinated compounds (OK Compost Home).
